Default Ideas For Endgame Greens In GWEN

don't have a clever title for it, but an item to let you totally clone a weapon with same skin stats etc...

What are some ideas you can come up with ?

I want some genuine phat loot for GWEN. Daggers that always critical, axes that pierce armor by default, staves that always half casting times. But the catch is you can only find them and are only allowed to use them in PVE hard mode in GWEN dungeons.

Stuff like this would make even more difficult games possible.

The winning weapons from the Design-a-Weapon Competition have a 99% chance of being the end-game greens, as was the same way with Factions.

Like maybe 50 freaking PvE-Only skills?

Well always critical daggers would over power assassins, because of critical agility /defenses.

Why not? The game is getting staler and staler.I still love it, but once you captured every single skill you kinda run out of rewards.

The best idea for a end game Green would be an Item made for your charater called the (insert character name here). This item would have a Skin of players choice from all skins available from all the combined games. Comes customized already and a replica is placed in your personal Monument.

That would be the ultimate end game Green item.

I just hope all the caster staffs aren't the same thing besides their requirement.

You know what my ideal end game green would be, You have the skins to choose from then you mod it as you want. Then it becomes customized to you. Not like it would be hard to do, just change the way the PvP rewards weapon thing works to accept a special token instead of points.

ide hafta agree that having your own customizable green that only customizes to yourself and is in turn featured on your hall of monuments statue. give all the greens an innate prefix or suffix like "Longbow of *name here*" or " *name here*'s Crusher" etc etc. but only get one. it would in fact from what ive seen by the GW:EN storyline dealing with dwarves and the great destroyer and what have you...to at the end of the game they craft a weapon of yoru choice. now a selectable skin is something a different story which i can see why people would want it but then youll just have tons of people running around with crystalline or tormented swords and what have you. maybe have a few different options for the skin and make them brand new skins.

Well it would be all skins, just a select few for the end game greens.

I'd love to see that. Some skins would probably need to be excluded (so the 1337 HAers and HM farmers don't feel bad) but being able to pick the stats and how it looks would be great.

ooh wait...."Gwens Spontainious Combustion (staff/rod/idol/sword/axe/hammer/bow/daggers/scythe/spear/defender)
Caster items: chance upon hit to inflict Mark of Gwen which increases spell damage done 500%

Bow:chance upon hit to enter rapid fire state with increases attack speed by 50%, and shoots arrows at up to 6 foes near target.

Warrior Weapons:chance upon hit to enter explosive stance which increases attack and movement speeds by 33%, increases adrenal gain by 50%, and occasionally inflicts one of the following (cripple, deep wound, bleeding, dazed)

Daggers: chance upon hit to inflict a massive critical, which inflicts cripple, bleeding, deep wound, dazed, and blindness as well as grants the user twice as much as energy as their critical strike rating.

Scythe: chance upon hit to enter form of gwen for 120 seconds. Gwen's Form gives the user an increased attack speed of 33%, increased health by 200, increased energy by 20, removes enchants upon using an attack skill that requires 10+ energy, deals +60 damage to anyone activating a skill, heals user for 20 health upon hit, and all enemies adjacent to user suffer 40 fire damage every 3 seconds. When Form of Gwen ends all nearby enemies are struck for 150 damage for each critical strike while user was in form. (freaking uber!)

Spear: chance upon hit to give the user Fearless Leader. While under the effects of fearless leader, energy given from shouts and chants is doubled, energy cost of chants and shouts as well as echos is halved and the range in which they are applied is doubled. When fearless leader ends all allies are healed for 75% of their maximum health and 1 nearby foe to each ally is struck for an equal amount of damage.

offhands: chance upon cast to gain the enchantment Archmage of (class). all skills under that class now cost 75% less energy and their effectiveness is increased by --% for each skill on the users skillbar that shares the same class.

Shields: chance upon activation of a skill sharing the items attribute to enter a stoneskin stance. Stoneskin Stance increases the users armor by 200% of their current total armor (unbuffed), deals back 33% of the damage back to anyone attacking the user.

horrifically overpowered i know but my god that would be fun lol

I really like this idea. It would be nicer if my GW2 character is able to use my monumented weapon of GW1 as a starter weapon - I think it is very fair - we all want our investment preserved in some form. That's all I'm asking.

Default Agreed

I like the idea of a customizable green, but with a few, maybe 3 or 4 all new selectable skins.
